Cookie Policy
What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They help the site function, remember your preferences, and (where you allow it) measure how the site is used.
The cookies we use
| Category | Consent required? | Purpose / examples |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | No — needed for the site to work | Security, load balancing and basic session function. These are always on because the site cannot work properly without them. |
| Analytics | Yes — only with your consent | Understanding how visitors use the site (pages viewed, time on site, traffic source) so we can improve it. |
| Marketing | Yes — only with your consent | Measuring and retargeting advertising. Only used if we enable advertising in future. |
Our current position
At present, motionflow.uk uses only essential cookies. We do not run analytics or marketing cookies unless you give consent through our cookie banner. If we add analytics in future, the banner will ask for your consent first, and no non-essential cookies will be set until you accept. Withdrawing consent for non-essential cookies does not affect any processing that was lawful before you withdrew it.
Managing your cookies
You can accept or reject non-essential cookies using the banner shown when you first visit. You can also control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time — most browsers let you block or remove cookies via their privacy or security menu. Blocking essential cookies may affect how the site works.
