How we work
- 1. A short call. We map how calls, WhatsApp messages and enquiries reach you today, and where they get lost.
- 2. A build around you. Your greeting, voice, approved knowledge, questions, routing and follow-up.
- 3. Tested with your team. Realistic calls and messages, including the awkward ones, before anything goes live.
- 4. Live and looked after. We watch the first real conversations and refine every month.
What we never do
- Pretend to be human. Our assistants say they are AI when asked.
- Give legal, medical, financial, mortgage or tax advice. Those conversations go to a qualified person.
- Invent prices, availability, valuations or confirmed bookings.
- Promise that a system makes you compliant. We help your team keep a full record and stay on top of deadlines; the decisions stay with you.
- Publish a price list. Every build is scoped to the business after a short call.

Is MotionFlow a software product I set up myself?
